Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email hello@sleepysaturn.com with your order number to start a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or stops working, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, with no need to send it back.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 working days of approval.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel within 14 days of delivery.
