Does it come with a plug?
It has a USB connector built in. Plug it into any standard USB phone charger plug, a power bank or a laptop. A wall plug isn't included.
What's the difference between Starter and Deluxe?
Both have the same projector. Starter comes with 6 films, and Deluxe comes with all 24 films in a clear storage case.
How big and how clear is the projection?
It's designed for a ceiling or wall about 2–3 metres away. Twist the projector head to focus. It's a small projector, so the image is softer than a big cinema projector, and it looks best in a fully dark room.
Is the projection in colour?
No. The scenes are projected in soft white light (stars, the Moon, Saturn, the Milky Way).
How do the films work?
Each scene is on a slim film slide. Slide it into the drawer on the side, twist the head to focus, and you're done.
Can it work as a plain night light?
Yes. Tap once for a soft warm night light, tap again for the starry sky, and a third time to switch off. Press and hold to dim or brighten.
Is it suitable for children's rooms?
Yes, it's a low-voltage USB night light (5V). It's a night light, not a toy: an adult should set it up and place it out of reach of small children, with the cable kept away from cots and beds. Not for children under 3 to handle.
Does it have a timer?
It stays on while it's powered. For automatic switch-off, plug it into a USB plug with a timer, or a smart plug.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free and tracked, and takes 4–8 working days to most UK addresses. You'll get a tracking link by email. For Christmas, order by 10 December.
What if we don't love it?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. If it arrives damaged or faulty, we'll replace or refund it with no need to send it back.
Can we use it in the car?
Yes, it plugs into a car USB port. Only use it when parked or for passengers, never in a way that distracts the driver.
